When you create an account we store your name, your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

When you build with Webloom we store your projects, the messages you send to the builder and every version of the websites it creates, so you can come back to them and restore earlier versions.

We use your information to run your account, build and host your websites, keep the service secure and reply when you contact us.

The descriptions you write are sent to our AI provider so it can design and update your website. We do not sell your personal information.

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is removed when you sign out or after 30 days. We do not use advertising cookies.

If you contact us or join a waitlist, we keep your message and email address so we can reply. Emails we send may include open and click tracking so we can tell whether they were delivered and read.

Websites you publish are visible to anyone with the link. Unpublished projects stay private to your account. You can unpublish or delete a project at any time.

You can update or delete your projects whenever you like. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, contact us through our contact page and we will take care of it promptly.
